Rhogogastera nigrita Mocsáry, 1909

A valid species, Tenthredo (Eurogaster) nigrita (Mocsáry, 1909) .

TYPES. Rhogogastera nigrita Mocsáry, 1909: 18 . Syntype (s) Ƥ “Turkestania: Montes Alai”. Lectotype Ƥ, hereby designated ( Fig. 28 ). Type locality: “Alai mont.” [= Alai, mountain range in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan].

DISCUSSION. Taeger (1992) mentioned the “ Holotypus ” of Rhogogastera nigrita . The number of specimens described is not given by Mocsáry (1909). Therefore, the only known syntype of nigrita is hereby designated as lectotype ( Fig. 28 ). The male was described by Mocsáry as Macrophya bimaculata ( Fig. 29 ).
