MATERIAL EXAMINED. Amur Province: 24 km W Arkhara, сordon «Kleshinskoe ozero», 12–14.VIII.2022, 5 ♀ (OK); Arkhara 15.VIII.2022, 1♀ (OK) .
DISTRIBUTION. Russia: Moscow, Ulyanovsk and Amur Province, Stavropol and Primorskiy Territory. Europe, North Africa, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Iraq, Jordan, Israel, Yemen, Pakistan, China, Korean Peninsula, Japan, North America, India, New Zealand.
HOSTS. Primary endoparasitoid of larvae and pupae of leaf miners from the orders Dipera and Lepidoptera ; secondary parasitoid of hymenopterans from the families Braconidae , Eulophidae , Ichneumonidae and Pteromalidae .
