MATERIAL EXAMINED. Amur Province: KhR, 24 km W Arkhara, сordon Kleshinskoe ozero, 12–14.VIII.2022, 1 ♀ (OK) .
DISTRIBUTION. Russia: Murmansk Province, Krasnodar and Stavropol Territories, Amur Province, Primorskiy Territory. Turkey, Mongolia, Korean Peninsula, Japan, North America .
HOSTS. Solitary endoparasitoid in larva or pupae of dipterans from the family Agromyzidae , mining leaves of monocotyledons ( Hansson, 1985).
