Diagnosis.
Strong brown nuchal spot (Very Dark Brown 7.5YR 2.5/3). Basic phrase of the song containing at least nine notes (see above for details).
Distribution.
From the Caribbean side of Costa Rica northwards throughout Central America to southwestern Tamaulipas state, in Mexico (Figures 1 and 2).
