28 (27). Both sexes: head wider than high, at most as high as wide; propodeum short, its dorsal surface 0.75– 0.85 as long as scutellum. Male: antenna short, usually only reaching mid-length of mesoscutum, or at most anterior margin of propodeum; 2nd flagellomere as long as its diameter (1.2 times longer in E. algirus and E. angaricus ); metasoma short, elliptical in dorsal view; male gonostylus trapezoid, narrowed at base.
