18. Euglypha acanthophora Dujardin, 1841

Characters: Test ovoid; aperture circular, bordered by finely serrated platelets. Test platelets elliptical, posterior half and at the base of fundus prolonged into 4-7 spines.

Distribution: India - Assam, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Nagaland, West Bengal and Andhra Pradesh.
