Glossadelphus laevifolius has been recorded in Yunnan, China ( Redfearn et al., 1989). Examining the voucher specimens [Jinghong Co.: P.L. Redfearn Jr. 34281 (PE); Menghai Co.: P.L. Redfearn Jr. 34236 (PE)], we confirm them to be Phyllodon lingulatus .
