Distribution. China (Gansu, Neimenggu, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Ningxia,) ( Fig. 108 View FIGURE 108 ).
Female ( Figs 19, 20 View FIGURES 17 – 20 ): Body length 8.5–10 mm. Head muddy yellow, apical half of frons continuing with ocellar area, upper part of hind orbit, upper part of the occiput, dorsal side of antenna; dorsal part of body black, muddy yellow are: pronotum except median, tegula, a V-shaped spot on lateral sides of median mesoscutal lobe, a central butterfly-shaped spot and lateral margin on lateral mesoscutal lobe, mesoscutellum, posttergum, metascutellum, median of metapostnotum, hind parts of all terga, ovipositor sheath except extreme apex; body ventrally muddy yellow. Legs muddy yellow, black are: a narrow stripe each on dorsal part of four legs from apex of femur to claw, a broad inner band on apical 2/5 of metafemur, dorsal and apex of metatibia and metatarsomere 1, apex of each tarsomere 2–5. Wings hyaline, fore wing vein C, R1, 2r and stigma pale brown, other veins dark brown. Punctures on dorsal part of head rather large, shallow and scattered, microsculpture dense, interspaces distinctly shiny; punctures on upper part of mesepisternum shallow, minute, toward lower part of mesepisternum punctures becoming tiny, strongly shiny; central part of mesoscutellum polished, without punctures, lateral part with scattered and small punctures, strongly shiny; posttergum polished, punctures and microsculpture indistinct, strongly shiny. Malar space 2 times diameter of median ocellus; median fovea ditch-like, shallow; postocellar area slightly elevated, 1.25 times as broad as long ( Figs 49 View FIGURES 46 – 52 , 66 View FIGURES 59 – 67 ); antenna shorter than combined length of thorax and abdomen, flagellomere 1 about 1.1 times length of flagellomere 2; mesoscutellum slightly elevated, lateral ridge blunt. Ovipositor sheath shorter than hind tarsomere 1 in lateral view, valvula 3 round at apex and longer than valvifer 2 in lateral view. Lancet with 21 serrulae (Fig. 80), base of each serrula distinctly elevated, middle serrulae each with 2 basal denticles and 9–11 distal denticles (Fig. 92).
Male. ( Figs 21, 22 View FIGURES 21 – 24 , 50 View FIGURES 46 – 52 , 67 View FIGURES 59 – 67 ): Body length 8 mm. Color and structure similar to female, otherwise: abdominal terga each with a broad triangular muddy yellow spot, anterior part reaching to middle part of tergum; outer side of hind leg with a narrow black stripe from base of coxa to femur; malar space 3 times as long as diameter of median ocellus; postocellar area 2 times as broad as long; antenna longer than combined length of thorax and abdomen, flagellum strongly compressed; gonoforceps and penis valve as in Figs 100, 103 View FIGURES 98 – 106 .
