Identification. Our specimens clearly belong to the angustipes complex sensu Polhemus (1997), based on the pronotum of the apterous form shorter than the dorsal length of the eye. Males examined have the hind trochanter with several spinules and hind femur strongly incrassate ( Bacon 1956), which are found in only 1 species of the complex: R. calopa .

Distribution in the Colombian Caribbean region. Cesar, Córdoba, La Guajira ( Aristizábal-García 2017), Magdalena ( Bacon 1956, Aristizábal-García 2017), Sucre ( Aristizábal-García 2017, this work), Urabá antioqueño ( Aristizábal-García 2017).
