The ZMUC and NHRS have specimens labelled Colombia. The species was previously reported only from Venezuela ( Sanborn 2007a).

Material examined. “ Colombia ” (one male, ZMUC) ; “ Colombia ” (one male, NHRS) ; “ Colombia, Schmeltz ” (one male, NHRS) .
