Hosts. Acanthoscelides aureolus (Horn) complex from seeds of Astragalus canadensis L. ( McDaniel & Boe 1991)*; Acanthoscelides submuticus (Sharp) from seeds of Amorpha fructicosa L. ( Pierce et al. 1912); Acanthoscelides perforates from seeds of Astragalus canadensis L.; Amblycerus robiniae (Fabricius) in pods of Gleditsia triacanthos , and Gleditsia aquatica ( Pierce et al. 1912) ; Bruchus brachialis (Fahraeus) in Vicia villosa ( Bridwell & Bottimer 1933) ; Mimosestes nubigens (Motschulsky) in pods of Vachellia farnesiana ( Pierce et al. 1912) .

NEARCTIC: Canada (Ontario), United States of America (Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin). NEOTROPICAL: Mexico, Peru.
