Type species: Ocellarnaca ocellata Gorochov, 2004 .

Generic characters. Body medium. Median ocellus large, lateral ocelli small. Tegmen with light veins and cells with dark spots in the middle. Male ninth abdominal tergite with a pair of posterior processes which often consist of a wide process with a narrow appendage; subgenital plate with well styli. Female seventh abdominal sternite often prolonged; ovipositor oppositely short and strongly upcurved.
