Diagnosis. Male genitalia with the costa of valva straight almost forming an angle of 90ss at termen. Zona glabra tympani with a broad shield-shaped plate.
Description. Fore wing narrower as in A. aethiopicalis and A. elongalis no characteristic wing pattern.
Male genitalia. Similar to the male genitalia of A. aethiopicalis and A. elongalis but the costa of the valva straight, not bent. Female genitalia. Unknown. Tympanal organs. Zona glabra with a wide triangular, shield-shaped plate. Wing span. 20 mm. Distribution. Zambia. Life cycle. Unknown. Type material examined. HOLOTYPE: 1 [ Zambia], Lialui Barotse (Coryndon), Pyr.Br.Mus. Slide No. 20044 (BMNH).
