Empoasca albipennis species group
The following three species: E. (E.) albipennis Dworakowska, 1977 , E. (E.) apibicruris Liu , sp. nov. and E. (E.) dymarka Dworakowska, 1984 , new record for China, are placed in the above species group, as defined by Liu et al. (2011). It is primarily characterized by: aedeagus with two pairs of appendages, one arising from base of shaft and other from shaft apex.
