In the API 20NE system, positive reaction for oxidase activity, esculin hydrolysis and gelatin hydrolysis. In the API 20NE system, negative reaction for nitrate reduction, indole production, glucose fermentation, arginine dihydrolase, urease activity, β-galactosidase activity and utilization of D- glucose, L- arabinose, D- mannose, D- mannitol, N- acetylglucosamine,D- maltose, potassium gluconate, capric acid, adipic acid, malic acid, trisodium citrate and phenylacetic acid.
