Distribution: Palaearctic: Albania, Algeria, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Croatia, France, Greece, Gruzia, Hungary, Italy, Libya, Malta, Morocco, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Tunisia, Turkey.

This species is common in Jordan. It has been reared from Anthocopa spp. ( Megachilidae ) (du Merle, 1975)
