Material: 34 specimens: Al Aridah 4.III.2002 (6 ɗ, 6 Ψ) from Pink Flax flowers; Dayr Alla 18.II.2002 (5Ψ), 21.II.1990 (1Ψ), 27.III.2002 (7Ψ, 7 ɗ); Sayl Al Karak 1.IV.2002 (1Ψ); Tabaqt fahl 7.III.1984 (1 ɗ).

Distribution: Afrotropical: Sudan. Palaearctic: Algeria, Egypt, Palestine, Morocco, Spain, Syria, and Tunisia.

It appears to be common in Jordan Valley. Many specimens were collected from the flowers of Pink Flax, Linum pubescens Banks & Sol ( Linaceae ).
