General distribution. Palaearctic: Central Asia, Southern Asia, Eastern Europe.

Diagnosis: Width of head 1.8× as long as its length in dorsal view; POL:OD:OOL—3:2.2:5; malar space 0.75× as wide as mandibular base; width of face 1.5× as large as its height; antenna 26 antennomeres, shorter than body, penultimate flagellomere 1.5× as long as wide; mesosoma 1.3× as long as its maximum height; mesoscutum glabrous; propodeum smooth without median carina; marginal cell of fore wing reaching wing apex, vein 3-SR 1.2× as long as vein 2-SR; length of pterostigma 2.9× its wide; length of TI as long as its apical width; ovipositor 1.5× as long as metasoma; body smooth and mainly black; legs dark brown to black.
