Specimens examined. AUSTRALIA, South Australia: 1 adult (dried) Mt Barker , 35°05.09’S 138°51.86’E, B. Hyder, 28.ix.2014 GoogleMaps , nodular stem gall on E. camaldulensis, Em. 17.x.2014.

Notes on biology. This is the first record of Ardozyga stratifera from Fergusonina galls. Ardozyga stratifera are known to cause malformation of leaf shoots by joining them together with webbing ( Common 1990, Gámez-Virués et al. 2009).
