Distribution: Kuwait, Iraq, Iran, Pakistan and western India.
Remarks: Austruca sindensis was described from Karachi, Pakistan ( Alcock 1900) and later reported from adjacent areas, including Kuwait, Iraq, Iran and western India ( Shih et al. 2015; Trivedi et al. 2018; Beleem et al. 2019). There are no records of this species from the southern coasts of the Arabian/Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman ( Naderloo 2017).
