Diagnosis. Forewing length is 8–8.5 mm in males and 9.5 mm in females. Huangilene odontotilepida sp. n. is very similar to H. kepica , and differs externally by its slightly sharper forewing markings only. The male genitalia of the new species can be distinguished from those of H. kepica by the larger spinules on the lobes of anellus, more robust denticles on the medial costal lobe-like process, somewhat broader distal membranous lobe of valva, more massive distal saccular process, and larger cornutus in aedeagus vesica. The female genitalia of the two species are similar, but in H. odontotilepida sp. n. the apophyses anteriores and posteriores are shorter than those of H. kepica , and the spinules at the junction of the corpus bursae and ductus bursae are smaller.

Distribution. The species is found from central and southeastern Thailand (Saraburi, Phitsanulok and Korat Provinces) ( Černý & Pinratana 2009, as Lyclene unguifera , part), southern Laos (Champasak Province) and eastern Cambodia (Mondolkiri Province).

Etymology. ‘Odontoti lepida’ is the Latin transliteration of the Greek ‘οδοντωτή λεπίδα’ meaning ‘dentate lobe’. The specific epithet refers to the strongly dentate medial costal lobe-like process.
