Diagnosis. Forewing length is 8–10 mm in males and 10–10.5 mm in females. The new species differs externally from its congeners by the more strongly dentate postmedial transverse line of forewing. The male genital capsule of H. apoklinousa sp. n. is very characteristic and can be easily distinguished from those of other Huangilene species by the distally broadened valva, bilobate and not dentate medial costal process, elongate and serrulate distal section of costa, large distal membranous lobe of valva bearing a longitudinal weakly serrulate area protruding to the distal lobe of the medial costal process, and short, hook-like curved distal saccular process. The distal section of aedeagus of the new species is evenly serrulate and lacks protrusions to the vesica. The vesica structure of H. apoklinousa sp. n. is also unique within the genus and is characterized by its not scobinated subbasal ventral diverticulum, strongly elongate ventral medial diverticulum bearing a very robust spine-like cornutus having a very long base protruding inside the diverticulum, and short, narrow and scobinated medial ventral and distal diverticula. The female genitalia of H. apoklinousa sp. n. differ clearly from those of other congeners by their narrow and elongate corpus bursae having a lateral longitudinal cluster of shortly spinulose scobination (absent in other Huangilene species), and the large, sack-like appendix bursae (whereas in other Huangilene species that is short and conical).
Distribution. Vietnam (Lào Cai, Ninh Bình, Vĩnh Phúc, Thừa Thiên-Huế and Lâm Đồng Provinces).
