N o t e: These males of Kazakhstan have the tergum III similar to tergum IV and not black or nearly black as described by F. Morawitz, the sternum VIII is apically distinctly deeply emarginate and the gonostylus has fine sparse short setae. The males of P. venustus have the sternum VIII apically not or slightly emarginate and the gonostylus has thick dense long (nearly as long as a diameter of hindocellus) setae, in some specimens they are stickt together. The males of P. coarctatus have the tergum III black or nearly black and the gonostyle has short fine setae.
I am not sure that these specimens from Kazakhstan are really P. kohlii . Further examinations to the species P. coarctatus , P. venustus and P. kohlii should be done.
