Acrotrichis nashi sp. n.

Habitus Fig 8A . Length 0.90 mm. Colour dark brown/black, antennae pale yellow, legs slightly darker yellow. Antennomeres 3–11 0.37 mm long Fig. 8 C. Mentum and submentum chaetotaxy Fig. 8 H. Width across eyes 0.32 mm. Pronotum 0.53 mm wide, 0.30 mm long, sides with a slight insinuation before the hind angle which are pointed when viewed at 45° Fig. 8 B. Elytra 0.51 mm long, 0.52 mm wide. Mesoventrum Fig. 8 I. Posterior margin of metaventrum and metacoxal plates Fig. 8 J. Pygidium lacking setae on the anterior border and with pais of longer setae as Fig. 8 D.

Female: spermatheca Fig. 8 E.

Etymology. After the much respected UK Coleopterist David Ridley Nash who, until his recent death, was of great help to the author.

Diagnosis. The male and female genital characters will distinguish this species.
