Acrotrichis corpulenta sp. n.

Habitus Fig 5A . Length 0.85 mm. Colour yellowish brown, antennae and legs lighter. Antennomeres 3–11 0.31 mm long Fig. 5 C. Mentum and submentum chaetotaxy Fig. 5 F. Width across eyes 0.30 mm. Pronotum 0.47 mm wide, 0.22 mm long, sides with a slight insinuation before the hind angle when viewed at 45° Fig. 5 B. Elytra 0.52 mm long, 0.47 mm wide. Mesoventrum Fig. 5 G. Posterior margin of metaventrum and metacoxal plates Fig. 5 H. Pygidium, Fig. 5 J, with setae on the anterior margin and lacking long setae as Fig. 2 F.

Male: aedeagus Fig. 5 D; ventrites 6, 7 Fig. 5 I.

Female: spermatheca Fig. 5 E.

Etymology. From the Latin corpulentus meaning thick or stout and referring to the overall appearance. Diagnosis. The brownish yellow colour and stout appearance together with the characters of the male ventrite 6 will distinguish this species.

Type data: Holotype: ♂, GPS27, BOL / Nov.2013/06., Bolivia, 24.xi.2013, Cochabamba dep., Cristal Mayu river valley ca 20 km E. of Villa Tunari, sifting litter, ca 720m, Winkler app. extr., P.Baňař lgt. ( UASC). Paratypes: 4♂ 1♀, GPS31, BOL / Nov 2013/08, Bolivia 2013, Santa Cruz dep., W. Amboro NP, Siberia Pass env., 2481m, 28.xi, S. 17°50'25" E.64°41'58", sifting litter, Winkler app. extr., P.Baňař lgt.
