Distribution in the Arabian Peninsula: Kuwait ( Al-Houty 1989 as Scolia flavifrons (Fabricius, 1775), 1997 as Megascolia flavifrons ; Walker & Pittway 1987 and Al-Houty 2011 as Scolia flavifrons ).
Extralimital distribution: Europe, North Africa,, Abkhazia, Caucasus, Cyprus, Iran, Israel, Kazakhstan, Russia, Syria, Turkey, Turkmenistan ( Lelej & Mokrousov 2017).
