Material. Indonesia: SE Sulawesi, nr Sanggona, Base camp, Gn. Watuwila, Mal. trap 1, c 225 m, 1 ♀ 15.x.– 5.xi.1989, Mal. trap 12, c 200 m, 1 ♂ 19.x.–5.xi.1989, leg. C. van Achterberg (Leiden) .
Remarks. ♀: Body length 16 mm. Flagellum with 38 flagellomeres, moderately lanceolate; 1 st flagellomere 3.9 × longer than wide; widest flagellomeres 1.6 × wider than long. Flagellomeres 6–13 dorsally ivory.
♂: Body length 15.5 mm. Flagellum with 37 flagellomeres, bristle-shaped; 1 st flagellomere 3.7 × longer than wide. Tyloids absent. Hind femur 4.1 × longer than wide. 2 nd tergite 1.1 × longer than wide. Collar, small spot of subtegular ridge and apical stripe of postpetiole ivory; mesosoma and metasoma otherwise entirely black.
Distribution. Only known from Sulawesi.
