Remarks. ♂. Body length 13–14 mm. Flagellum with 36–37 flagellomeres; 1 st flagellomere 2.3 × longer than wide, distal flagellomeres ± nodose. Tyloids on flagellomeres 8/9–18/19, long-oval, maximally almost as long as the flagellomere. OED 1.1 × and OOD 0.8–1.0 × ocellar diameter. Malar space 0.5 × as long as width of mandibular base. Hind femur 4.3–4.5 × longer than wide.

Colour. Black. Flagellum black dorsally, brownish or reddish ventrally. Palps, mandible except teeth, clypeus, face, wide frontal orbit, narrow vertical orbit, wide outer orbit and gena, collar and upper margin of pronotum, tegula, subtegular ridge, two paramedian stripes of mesoscutum, large spot or stripe of ventral mesopleuron, prescutellar ridge, scutellum and postscutellum, spot on metapleuron, basal 2/3 of propodeum (sometimes except area basalis and area superomedia), apical bands on 1 st and 2 nd tergites and sometimes diffuse lateral spots of 3 rd tergite ivory. Fore and mid coxae except brown bases, all trochanters and fore and mid trochantelli ivory. Hind coxa brown, with dorsal ivory spot. Legs otherwise brown; fore and mid legs with ivory stripes frontally; hind femur with ivory stripe externally; hind tibia and sometimes hind metatarsus ivory in basal 2/3. Wings hyaline, pterostigma reddish.

Distribution. Widely distributed in the Oriental region, new record for Sumatra and Indonesia.
