Type locality and specimens. Southeastern Pacific. Holotype, female, 5.5 mm.
Material examined. No material available for examination. Diagnosis based on description by Vinogradov (1990). Diagnosis (female). Truncate anterior head margin; cuspate anterodistal corner. Eyes covering most of head. Gnathopod 1 basis anteroproximally expanded; propodus curved, proximally inflated. Gnathopod 2 carpus distally truncate, spoon-like; propodus with two mediofacial setal rows, palm smooth. Pereopods 5–7 bases narrowly expanded. Telson apex rounded.
Male (sexually dimorphic characters). Unknown.
Habitat. Habitat not reported; 50–365 m.
Host. Unknown, collected in "traps" close to bottom.
Distribution. Southeastern Pacific Ocean ( Vinogradov 1990).
