Type locality and specimens. Noumea , New Caledonia. Holotype, female, 2.7 mm.
Material examined. No material available for examination. Diagnosis based on description by Ledoyer (1984 a, 1986).
Diagnosis (female). Truncate anterior head margin. Maxilliped outer plate tuberculate. Gnathopod 1 propodus palm denate with large triangular teeth; dactylus with proximal notch. Gnathopod 2 carpus distally truncate.
Male (sexually dimorphic characters). Unknown.
Habitat. Among Halodule and Cymodocea seagrasses; depth not reported.
Distribution. Pacific Ocean: New Caledonia, Noumea ( Ledoyer 1984). Indian Ocean: Tulear, Madagascar ( Ledoyer 1986).
