Leucothoe leptosa Serejo, 1998: 128–131 , figs 16, 17.

Type locality and specimens. Porto de Galinhas , Pernambuco, Brazil. Holotype, male, 3.3 mm, MNRJ 7294 View Materials ; paratypes, unmeasured males and juveniles, MNRJ 7295 View Materials , ZMA Amph. 203831.

Material examined. No material available for examination. Diagnosis based on description by Serejo (1998).

Diagnosis. Slender body. Antenna 1 article 3 expanded distally. Coxae 3–5 with serrate distal margins. Gnathopod 1 propodus curved; dactylus short. Gnathopod 2 propodus palm with two two three large projections. Pereopods 5–7 bases narrowly expanded. Epimeron 3 posteroventral corner sinuous with simple cusp. Telson apex with strong point.

Female (sexually dimorphic characters). Unknown.

Habitat. Coral reefs; depth not reported.

Host. Unknown.

Distribution. Atlantic Ocean: Pernambuco, Brazil ( Serejo 1998).
