Type locality and specimens. Fantome Island, ~ 18°39'S 146°30'E. Holotype, male, 2.2 mm, AM P 80177. Material examined. 1 male, AM P 80177. Diagnosis based on description by White & Thomas (2009). Diagnosis. Anterior head margin with cusp. Gnathopod 1 basis bare; carpus and propodus distally tapered. Gnathopod 2 carpus distally truncate, smooth; propodus with one mediofacial setal row displaced to midline, palm convex with two minor projections. Female (sexually dimorphic characters). Unknown. Habitat. Patch reef.; 3 m. Host. Pink ball sponge. Distribution. Pacific Ocean: Fantome Island, Australia ( White & Thomas 2009).
