Material studied. 1 male, BRAZIL, Paraná, Boa Vista da Aparecida, UHE Salto Caxias, 25°32’35.68”S, 53°29’48.04”W, 24.viii.2005, light trap, leg.: Soares ( MZUSP)
Distribution. This species has previously been recorded from the States of Mato Grosso do Sul and Pará, Brazil; in the present study the range is extended to include the State of Paraná, Brazil.
