Diagnosis: Head ( Fig 3 View FIGURE 3 A) entirely black, 1.8 X as broad as long in dorsal view, length of malar space 0.33 X as longitudinal eye diameter, antenna 29-segmented, as long as body, oral cavity 1.2 X as wide as its distance from eye; mesonotum smooth ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 C), sparsely haired, propleuron in lateral view straight, smooth and glossy; propodeum smooth and polished ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 C), with short carinae around lunule. Fore wing marginal cell elongate, terminating near the wing apex, second submarginal cell medium size, r-m vein 1.2 X as long as r vein; 3-SR 1.13 X as long as 2-SR vein ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 D); ovipositor about 0.42 X times as long as metasoma ( Fig 3 View FIGURE 3 E); length of first metasomal tergite almost equal to its apical width, second tergite 3.2 X as broad as long and rugulose; Body generally reddish brown, mesopleuron (except blackish lower part) and propleuron reddish brown, metasoma yellowish brown ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 B).
General distribution: Eastern Palaearctic (Russia-Primor'ye Kray), Western Palaearctic ( Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Russia, Switzerland, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan) ( Yu et al. 2012).
