Remarks. — This species is clearly referable to the genus Onycocaridella Bruce, 1981 by the obsolete inferior orbital angle, reduced blade of scaphocerite of antenna, being subequal to the basal segment of the antennular peduncle, pointed tips of the fingers of the first pereiopods, and small accessory tooth of the dactylus of the third pereiopod.
Distribution. — The species is known only from the Great Barrier Reef, Queensland Australia.
