Encyrtocphalus notabilis, which is known only from Eritrea, has been bred from the same seeds from an unknown plant as Eurytoma elongatula SILVESTRI, 1915 and E. spermophaga SILVESTRI, 1915 ( Hymenoptera , Eurytomidae ).
