Subgenital plate with row of microsetae along outer margin, basal setae longer and forming a group, 3 macrosetae of different lengths near middle ( Fig. 4a View FIGURE 4 ). Connective Y-shaped, with manubrium slim, central lobe developed ( Fig. 4d View FIGURE 4 ). Style with apex slim and foot-like ( Figs 4e, f View FIGURE 4 ). Aedeagus with dorsatrium rudimentary and preatrium developed, aedeagal shaft slightly compressed, gonopore in middle on ventral surface, aedeagal shaft connected with basal process by membranous structure, process bifurcated near middle or subapically, brunches of process continue close to each other ( Figs 4g, h View FIGURE 4 ).

Measurement. Male 2.80mm.

Material examined. Holotype: ♂, CHINA, Sichuan Prov., Mianyang, 2018.Ⅴ.16, Yuru Yang ; Paratypes: 1♂, same data as holotype .

Diagnosis. This new species is similar to M. protuberanta , but has the pygofer dorsal appendage almost straight, the aedeagal shaft without processes subapically, and the pygofer side without a ventral process. M. protuberanta has the pygofer dorsal appendage curved, the aedeagal shaft with pair of tooth-like processes subapically, and the pygofer side with ventral process.

Etymology. This specific epithet is derived from the Latin word “bisectus”, referring to the bisected ventral aedeagal process.
