Blennidus abditus Giachino & Allegro, 2011: 28 View in CoL
Type locality. Peru, Dept. Huancavelica, Embranch.r.Pampas-Huancavelica, 3,800 m.
Examined material. HT ♂ (CMa at MRSN); 3 PTT ♂ (CMa, CGi, CAl) (complete TS).

Distribution. Blennidus abditus is only recorded from Dept. of Huancavelica (Central Peru).
Habitat. The known specimens (TS) were collected at 3,800 m a.s.l., probably in an Andean grassland.
