Type locality. Senchal, Darjeeling, West Bengal, India
Description. Elongated, cylindrical, both ends blunt but middle portion widest. Trophozoite measures 43.02 − 185.4 µm × 10.8 − 18.6 µm. Nucleus spherical or ovoid, measures 6.48 − 12.6 µm. Oocyst biconical with 10.5 × 4.25 µm. Gametocyst not stated.
