Description. The gamont is elongated, flattened and balloon shaped with distinct pellicle. It measures 110.7 − 132.12 µm × 74.99 − 85.70 µm. Nucleus rounded, measuring 10.7 − 14.2 µm (13.05±1.59) in diameter. Gametocyst ovoidal. The large gametocysts measure 99.9 − 117.84(105.9±7.66) µm × 74.99 − 99.98 (105.9±7.66) µm and small gametocysts 82.13 − 96.41 µm × 74.99 − 82.13µm. Oocyst biconical, measuring 8.3 − 9.7(8.9±0.717) µm ×4.1 − 5.5(4.41±0.254) µm.
