Diagnosis. Antenna of ♀ with approx. 26 antennomeres ( Fig. 82 View FIGURES 79–88 ); frons with shallow medio-longitudinal de- pression ( Fig. 80 View FIGURES 79–88 ); pronope large ( Fig. 85 View FIGURES 79–88 ); notauli narrow anteriorly ( Fig. 85 View FIGURES 79–88 ); propodeum steep posteriorly ( Fig. 83 View FIGURES 79–88 ); vein 1-R1 1.3 × longer than pterostigma ( Fig. 79 View FIGURES 79–88 ); vein 3-SR of fore wing approx. 1.6 × as long as vein r ( Fig. 79 View FIGURES 79–88 ); basal area of second metasomal tergite triangular and medially 0.20 × as long as wide anteriorly, mainly punctate and distinctly protruding medio-posteriorly ( Fig. 87 View FIGURES 79–88 ); second tergite 1.5 × as long as third tergite; second metasomal suture narrow medially ( Fig. 87 View FIGURES 79–88 ); setose part of ovipositor sheath 0.15–0.20 × as long as fore wing Figs 79, 83 View FIGURES 79–88 ).

Distribution. Oriental: Vietnam. Collected in coastal lowland forest at about 150 m and in submontane forest at 1000 m.
