2. Propodeal areola conspicuous, open at anterior edge; about 1.5 × as long as wide; anterior diagonal carina of propodeum not meeting anterior margin of propodeum, merged with anterior rugulose sculpturing, transverse carinae percurrent and branched laterally into costulae; fore wing veins r and 2RS meet at an angle; hind femur and hind tibia dark brown (Fig. 7), hind tibia yellow on 1/4th basal; tegulae yellow; metasoma black; T1 reticulate punctate becoming longitudinally striate posteriorly; body length 2.00 mm; parasitoid of Hyposidra successaria View in CoL .......................
