Nemurella pictetii Klapálek, 1900 (original description)

Comment. Imagines of this species were illustrated and described by KLAPÁLEK (1896) under the name Nemura inconspicua Pictet, 1836 . The name Nemurella pictetii was proposed by the author later ( KLAPÁLEK 1900) together with the description of the larva. Information on the type material and type locality was not given. Nevertheless, it is possible to conclude from the text that terra typica is ‘Bohemia’ ( ZWICK 1973). Lectotype designation was mentioned in ZWICK (1982). However, a lectotype was not designated in the end because the excellent illustrations in KLAPÁLEK (1896) leave no doubt about the identity of the species (P. Zwick, pers. comm. 2013).
