Etymology. Named after the Chumi Village (ṵ*ť), near the type locality; noun in apposition.

Distribution and habitat. This new species is known only from the type locality Tufei cave ( Figs 1J View FIGURE 1 , 22 View FIGURE 22 ), located in Liangfengya Forest Park, Chumi Village, Chumi Town. The entrance is arched (height ~ 20 m, width ~ 30 m) and surrounded by stone-piled walls. The cave is moist, about 200 m long, extends downwards into a slope, and is scattered with a number of large stones. All specimens were collected on the wall between the twilight to dark zone ( Figs 22C‒D View FIGURE 22 ). Huntsman spiders of the family Sparassidae were recorded as predators for this species ( Fig. 23C View FIGURE 23 ).

Diagnosis. (♂ ♀). Troglomorphic habitus; carapace with 2 eyespots; epistome triangular, with rounded tip; carapace with 6–8 setae on posterior margin; pedipalp smooth and slender except for hand, which is finely granular, both chelal fingers with 123–142 teeth; femur 6.37–6.78 times (length 2.10–2.29), patella 4.80–5.54 times (length 1.93–2.18) longer than wide, pedicel about half the total length of patella. Remarks. Bisetocreagris chumi sp. nov. resembles B. cavernarum Mahnert et Li, 2016 , B. chinacavernicola ( Schawaller, 1995) , B. guangshanensis Gao et Zhang, 2017 , B. maomaotou Gao, Wynne et Zhang, 2018 and B. xishui sp. nov. in having a similar pedipalp shape. The new species differs from B. cavernarum by the presence of 2 eyespots on the slightly raised surface of carapace (vs. B. cavernarum with 4 small eyes, 2 anterior eyes with indistinct lens); the pedipalpal femur 6.37–6.78 (♂ ♀) times longer than wide (vs. 5.82 (♂), 5.83 (♀) times in B. cavernarum ), and the patella 4.80–5.54 (♂ ♀) times longer than wide (vs. 4.34 (♂), 4.67 (♀) times in B. cavernarum ).

The new species differs from B. chinacavernicola by the pedipalpal femur 6.37–6.78 (♂ ♀) times longer than wide (vs. 6.00 (♂), 5.61 (♀) times in B. chinacavernicola ), patella 4.80–5.54 (♂ ♀) times longer than wide (vs. 4.69 (♂), 4.75 (♀) times in B. chinacavernicola ), the chela (without pedicel) 5.36–5.78 (♂), 5.02–5.41 (♀) times longer than wide (vs. 4.85 (♂), 4.41 (♀) times in B. chinacavernicola ); and the presence of fine granulations on pedipalp chelal hand (vs. smooth in B. chinacavernicola ).

Bisetocreagris chumi sp. nov. can be distinguished from B. guangshanensis by the pedipalpal femur 6.37–6.78 (♂ ♀) times longer than wide (vs. 5.32–5.70 (♂), 5.32–5.59 (♀) times in B. guangshanensis ), the patella 4.80– 5.54 (♂ ♀) times longer than wide (vs. 3.89–4.41 (♂ ♀) times in B. guangshanensis ), the chela (without pedicel) 5.36–5.78 (♂), 5.02–5.41 (♀) times longer than wide (vs. 4.41–4.79(♂ ♀) times in B. guangshanensis ); and the presence of fine granulations on pedipalp chelal hand (vs. all segments except chela with scale-like sculptured in B. guangshanensis ).

Bisetocreagris chumi sp. nov. differs from B. maomaotou by the presence of 2 eyespots on the slightly raised surface of carapace (vs. B. maomaotou without eyes or eyespots); the female pedipalpal femur 6.37–6.77 times longer than wide (vs. 5.20 times in B. maomaotou ), patella 4.88–5.54 times longer than wide (vs. 4.30 times in B. maomaotou ) and chela (without pedicel) 5.02–5.41 times longer than wide (vs. 4.24 times in B. maomaotou ); and the presence of fine granulations on pedipalp chelal hand (vs. femur with granulations basally, chelal hand with fine granulations on medial face in B. maomaotou ).

Bisetocreagris chumi sp. nov. differs from B. xishui sp. nov. by: the pedipalpal femur 6.52–6.78 (♂), 6.37–6.77 (♀) vs. 5.58–5.82 (♂), 5.66 (♀) times longer than wide, patella 4.80–5.41 (♂), 4.88–5.54 (♀) vs. 4.53–4.60 (♂), 4.60 (♀) times longer than wide in B. xishui sp. nov.; the chela (with pedicel) 5.92–6.29 (♂), 5.51–5.95 (♀) vs. 5.34–5.48 (♂), 5.29 (♀) times longer than wide in B. xishui sp. nov.; and the presence of fine granulations on pedipalp hand (vs. medial of hand and base of femur, which is finely granulated in B. xishui sp. nov.).

This new species is similar in pedipalpal proportions to B. jiangi sp. nov., but can be distinguished by the presence of fine granulations on pedipalp hand (vs. smooth in B. jiangi sp. nov.); the apex of coxae with 7–8 setae on each side (vs. with 4–5 setae in B. jiangi sp. nov.); and the position of trichobothrium that it distinctly closer to fingertip than et (vs. it -et at same level near fingertip in B. jiangi sp. nov.).
