Diagnosis: Wing clear. Distal part of vein R 2+3 usually slightly curved forward. Second costal sector more than half as long as third. Maximum palpal width about 0.3 times length of palpus, preapical bristles usually similar in length to maximum palpal width. Sternite 8 of female greatly reduced or absent.
