Head height ca. 2.8–3.1 times genal height. Preapical palpal bristles ca. 2.5 times as long as maximum palpal width. One pair of presutural dorsocentral setulae distinctly longer than acrostichal setulae inside. Posterodorsal katepisternal bristle over 4/5 as long as distance between bristle base and wing base. Wing pigmented, but maculation indistinct. Length of second costal sector ca. 0.46–0.48X length of third. Mid femur of male with 8–10 proximal ventral bristles and a distinct row of anteroventral setulae.

Male terminalia: Sternite 5 with two (rarely three) pairs of short, stout bristles. Surstylus with a truncate apex in lateral view. Cercus distinctly longer than surstylus, with distal half narrow in posterior view. Dorsal whiplike sclerite of distiphallus with a small nodule. Ejaculatory apodeme slightly shorter than half length of aedeagal apodeme.

Female terminalia: Two sclerites of sternite 8 indistinct. Tergite 10 with two small bristles, without a posteromedial patch of small setulae. Spermathecae with distal portions similar in length to basal portions. Ducts of paired spermathecae ca. 2.5 times as long as spermatheca.
