Material examined. CHINA, Yunnan: 1♂, Menglian, Pu’er , 950 m, 1.XI.2010, leg. BB Hu, J Zhang & YP Cai, slide No. YS 20179; 1♂, Damanlu Village , Menghai County, 1128 m, 2.VIII.2019, leg. KJ Teng, C Liu & AL Wang, slide No. YS 20210 .
Adult ( Fig. 2 View FIGURES 1‒4 ). Wingspan 15.0 mm.
Diagnosis. This species is similar to L. tenebrosellus in appearance and female genitalia. It can be distinguished in the male genitalia by the valva narrowed distally and the sub-rectangular juxta narrowed lateromedially ( Fig. 9 View FIGURES 8‒11 ); in L. tenebrosellus , the valva is widened distally and the juxta is sub-rounded.
Distribution. China (Yunnan), Thailand.
Remarks. This species is recorded in China for the first time.
