Stegana (Steganina) liusanjieae Li & Chen , sp. nov.

( Figs. 10I, 10J View FIGURE 10 , 48 View FIGURE 48 )

Diagnosis. This species is similar to S. (S.) hirticeps Wang, Gao, & Chen, 2013 in the shape of male terminalia (as fig. 5 in Wang et al. 2013, Fig. 48A–F View FIGURE 48 ), but can be distinguished from the latter by having the oval cercus ( Fig. 48A View FIGURE 48 ); the aedeagus with numerous minute, serrated processes laterally ( Fig. 48B, C View FIGURE 48 ).

Description. Male and female: First flagellomere yellow. Clypeus yellow. Mesonotum slightly brownish medially, yellow laterally ( Fig. 10I View FIGURE 10 ). Katepisternum yellowish ( Fig. 10J View FIGURE 10 ). Scutellum brownish ( Fig. 10I View FIGURE 10 ). Halter mostly white ( Fig. 10J View FIGURE 10 ). Fore femur with a row of 3 long setae on distal part of posteroventral surface. Abdominal tergites mostly yellow ( Fig. 10I, J View FIGURE 10 ); sternites yellow, about 1.6 times as wide as long. Male terminalia ( Fig. 48A–F View FIGURE 48 ): Epandrium with ca. 15 setae on dorsal to posterior portions per side ( Fig. 48A View FIGURE 48 ). Surstylus lacking peg-like tooth and pubescence, with some minute, serrated processes distally and setulae near distal margin ( Fig. 48A View FIGURE 48 ). Cercus lacking pubescence ( Fig. 48A View FIGURE 48 ). Hypandrium roundly expanded anteromedially ( Fig. 48B, C View FIGURE 48 ). Pregonite small, with 2 sensilla ( Fig. 48B, C View FIGURE 48 ). Aedeagus with much pubescence distally ( Fig. 48B, C View FIGURE 48 ). Aedeagal sheath distally dorsad curved and with some minute, serrated processes ( Fig. 48D, E View FIGURE 48 ). Subepandrial sclerite vaulted ( Fig. 48F View FIGURE 48 ). Female terminalia ( Fig. 48G–I View FIGURE 48 ): Epiproct with some setae on distal 1/2 ( Fig. 48G View FIGURE 48 ). Cercus and hypoproct with numerous setae and much pubescence ( Fig. 48G, I View FIGURE 48 ). Eight sternite slightly longer than wide, glabrous on basal 3/4, with some setae and much pubescence on distal 1/4 ( Fig. 48H View FIGURE 48 ).
