Gastrina Guenée View in CoL (Figs 399–405)
Gastrina is a monotypic genus represented by one Australian species. Its eggs resemble and share the following common features with Nisista Walker : egg clearly marked on all surfaces with hexagonal, flat cells with moderately broad, doubleridged walls (in 2 species of Nisista only), micropylar cells with narrow, shallowly reticulated, singleridged walls; aeropyles conspicuous, elevated, domed, moderately large openings (in some Nisista species ), absent from middle of top of egg; smooth chorion. Gastrina eggs also share some characteristics with Aphantes eggs (see above).
