Shape: Narrow, elongated, bluntly ovoid, anterior pole slightly truncated; dorsoventrally flattened (Figs 589, 590 & 592).

Characteristics: Egg distinctly marked on all surfaces by flat to concave cells with moderately broad walls (Figs 590 & 592). Aeropyles elevated, prominently domed, openings very small (Figs 590–594), present on and around anterior pole. Rosette cells in micropylar area recessed (Fig. 591). Chorion densely pitted (Figs 593–595).
